Bingman, from HC&S leaves a voice message claiming there was no cane burn smoke at ground level "at all", in Kihei this morning – only perhaps an "odor" This photo of the "odor" taken at 7:58 am just 200 feet from Kamalii school in Kihei says different.Kids are made sick and driven from Kamalii Elementary School because of illegal, ground-level smoke that is a clear violation of HC&S's Burn Permit. And HC&S says it never happened. Really? THIS HAS TO BE STOPPED!
